Xrossways Solar provides solar panel installation, maintenance, and related energy services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to site assessment and feasibility evaluation.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, equipment availability, and regulatory requirements. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

4. Warranties

Our solar installations come with manufacturer warranties on panels (typically 25 years) and inverters (typically 10 years). Installation workmanship is warranted for 5 years. Specific warranty terms are provided in your service agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in individual service agreements. We accept various payment methods and can assist with financing options and government subsidy applications.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate property information, providing necessary access for installation, obtaining required permissions from housing societies or local authorities, and maintaining the system according to provided guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Xrossways Solar's liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
