Xrossways Solar provides the following services:
- Solar system consultation and site assessment
- Solar panel system design and engineering
- Solar equipment supply and installation
- Government subsidy application assistance
- Net metering and grid connection support
- System commissioning and testing
- Maintenance and monitoring services
- Warranty and support services
Services are subject to availability, feasibility assessment, and regulatory approvals.
User Obligations
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use services only for lawful purposes
- Not interfere with or disrupt our services
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide necessary access to property for installation
- Obtain required permissions from housing societies/landlords
- Pay all agreed fees and charges on time
Service Terms & Conditions
Quotations & Pricing
- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Final pricing may vary based on site assessment findings
- Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise
- Government subsidy amounts are estimates; actual amounts depend on approval
Payment Terms
- Payment schedule: 30% advance, 40% before installation, 30% on completion
- Payments must be made via bank transfer or cheque
- Delays in payment may delay project timelines
- Late payment may incur interest charges (2% per month)
Installation Timeline
- Estimated timelines provided are approximate and subject to regulatory approvals
- Delays due to DISCOM approvals, weather, or force majeure are not our responsibility
- Customer must provide timely access to property
- We reserve the right to reschedule if conditions are unsafe
Site Requirements
- Customer must ensure roof structural adequacy
- Customer responsible for obtaining building/society permissions
- Site must be accessible for installation and maintenance
- Customer must provide electrical infrastructure as specified
Warranties & Guarantees
Product Warranties
- Solar Panels: 25-year performance warranty (as per manufacturer)
- Inverters: 5-10 year warranty (extendable)
- Mounting Structure: 10-year warranty against corrosion
- Cables & Accessories: 2-5 year warranty
Installation Warranty
- Workmanship: 5 years
- Roof waterproofing: 5 years
- Electrical work: 2 years
Performance Guarantee
We guarantee system performance within ±10% of projected generation, subject to:
- Normal weather patterns
- Proper system maintenance
- No modifications by customer
- No external damage
Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover:
- Damage from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Acts of God (earthquakes, floods, extreme weather beyond specifications)
- Damage from third-party actions
- Improper maintenance or cleaning
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customer Cancellation
- Before site survey: Full refund minus ₹5,000 processing fee
- After site survey, before installation: 70% refund
- After installation started: No refund (equipment already procured)
- All cancellations must be in writing
Company Cancellation
We may cancel the project and provide full refund if:
- Site assessment reveals unfeasibility
- Regulatory approvals are denied
- Customer fails to provide required access/permissions
- Customer defaults on payment
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 30 days via the original payment method.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for electricity bill savings projections (estimates only)
- We are not liable for delays in government subsidy processing
- We are not liable for DISCOM-related issues (grid failures, policy changes)
- We are not liable for roof damage if structural inadequacy was not disclosed
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions) exempt us from liability
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Xrossways Solar and protected by copyright laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission
- Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
- Reverse engineer our proprietary tools or calculators
- Frame or embed our website on other sites
System designs and reports provided to you are for your personal use only.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [City], India.
